This rare French Art Deco vase represents a historic collaboration between two masters of the École de Nancy: glassmaker Daum Nancy and designer Louis Majorelle. Created during the 1920s Transition/Art Deco era in Nancy, France, this technique involved blowing molten glass directly into a hand-forged wrought iron armature. The glass expands through the metal frame as it cools, forming a seamless fusion of decorative ironwork and art glass.
