Charming antique miniature pottery pitcher attributed to Anton Lang (1875–1938) of Oberammergau, Bavaria, Germany. The underside is hand-signed “Anton Lang”, making this a desirable example from the celebrated Oberammergau pottery workshop.
The pitcher features a rich cobalt-blue glaze decorated with traditional folk-art motifs in brown and white. The compact bulbous form, hand-applied decoration, and hand-signed base are characteristic of the artisan pottery produced in Oberammergau during the early 20th century.
