• Notable Flaws: The illustrated hardcover shows corner chipping, edge rubbing, and general surface shelf wear/age wear from decades of storage. Crucial Note: The exterior cover over the spine is beginning to rip away from the spine binding (please see close-up photos for the exact extent of the separation). This could easily be glued down, and is cosmetic only - the actual interior binding is not affected. It remains structurally intact and holds the inner music pages together.
• Interior Pages: The interior pages show natural uniform tanning. There is some water/moisture staining localized along the outer margins of some of the sheets (visible in close-up photos - these are the sheets closest to the front and back covers. Interior sheets are not affected). This staining is entirely cosmetic; it does not obscure any of the musical notation, lyrics, or titles. The book is free of modern ink handwriting, tears, or page clips.
