Ensuring a reliable cook temperature, the surface has a near instant heat recovery, regardless of how much food is placed on the cook top. Made with cold-rolled stainless steel, the surface is warp- and crack-proof.
The self-contained sealed chamber uses steam to heat the stainless steel griddle plate to provide uniform temperature, instant recovery, and maximum production at any temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The steam chamber never needs to be refilled or replaced either! With low radiant heat, the kitchen remains a more comfortable environment. One major advantage to this griddle is that it is Energy Star certified and has high energy efficiency output that keeps operating costs low.
The 4" high backsplash prevents unnecessary splatter or grease buildup on the walls.
