Offered today is a beautiful hand-made authentic Oaxacan Mexican \"Little People\" dress featuring a smocked row of tiny people across the bottom of the bodice and lush detailed floral embroidery done entirely by hand. The neckline and sleeve top and edges are edged with white crochet. Done in 100% pale yellow cotton fabric, it\'s cool, soft, and comfortable. The material is heavier than most of these dresses I\'ve seen, and there\'s a 2\" hem.

Bright cotton thread embroidery in orange, red, grey, pink, burgundy, and dark green create a dense floral and vine design on the bodice and sleeves front and back, on the sides under the sleeves, with two more designs down the front.

I see no holes, tears, spots, or embroidery damage at all. I\'d say this is a large, or extra large. A stunning example of traditional Mexican textile craftsmanship. CL127
