Here listed a mahogany wooden tea caddy with the makers mark of 4 C.W. see bottom, it is burned into wood. There is a crack on bottom (the wood is oak) and it dried out and caused this crack. To mix the woods was not unusual. This box has 3 equal compartments and one long at back for utensils. The interior has no damage. You can line these compartments so you can store loose leaf tea. This is a very smooth finish nicely made box. It has a newer key that does work with some help. I am downsizing so the price reflects that fact. If you have questions please contact.
