over all it looks pretty good. there is wear to the cover mostly around the edges , the pages are white. i think this would correlate to a 5 or higher grade. offering in " as found " condition as it is not professionally graded but you can return it within two weeks if it does not meet expectations but please examine photos and ask any questions you may have.
