*This beautiful GP-38-2 diesel locomotive is being offered in used condition due to some moderate wheel wear noted during my test runs + given the fact that it’s already been painted. Custom painted & numbered to match Long Island Engine #254. Only 200 of these were made by Samhongsa of Korea in 1982. This Locomotive is NOT DCC ready, however it can be easily converted to DCC using a hardwired decoder. Tested on 01/02/25 and found her to run smooth in both directions. There’s even operational lighting that’s already been installed. Original box is included & in great condition. Original foam is included minus the top layer (will be replaced with bubble wrap prior to final shipment to ensure safety). Original plastic wrap is missing so we re-wrapped with plastic bags to help keep the paint from becoming damaged. Original paperwork is missing and will NOT be included. All Brass Locos typically need a little TLC and fine tuning, lubrication, adjustment and break-in to achieve optimal performance. All Brass Sales are final as a result and considered AS-IS.
