These colorful linen-style postcards are part of a documented 15-card DG pin-up series issued during the mid-to-late 1940s. The series was produced in versions by the Postage Stamp Machine Co. and Tichnor Quality Views. All nine offered here are the matching Postage Stamp Machine Co. issue and are marked “Made in U.S.A.” on the reverse.

This represents 9 of the 15 cards in the numbered DG series. Missing numbers are DG 1, 4, 6, 10, 13 and 15.
Condition
All nine cards are unused and unposted, with no stamps, cancellations, addresses or written messages.
The fronts retain exceptionally strong, bright color with excellent contrast and attractive period graphics. Overall condition is very good to excellent for cards of this age, with normal minor edge/corner wear and occasional small surface marks or imperfections.
The backs have expected light age toning and carry the original Postage Stamp Machine Co., 33 W. 60th St., N.Y.C. imprint.
