In arcaCABLES we always try to ship your product as quickly as possible. Its our goal to ship your item(s) within one business day, as long as the order is placed before 2:00 pm (PST/PSD)(or on Monday if we receive payments over the weekend). We understand that you are anxious to get your hands on your merchandise as quickly as possible.
Sales Tax: For shipments to California addresses we are required by State law to collect 7.75% sales tax on your item.

- • Refunds can take up to 10 days to process once the items are received at our facility, but we will do everything we can to process refunds as quickly as possible.

- • Return shipping label is free, however a restocking fee (starting at 20% product cost) will apply, depending on the product packaging condition.
- • The original receipt or a record of the purchase is REQUIRED on all returns.
- • Return products must also be in its original condition including box, UPC bar code, packaging and all other accessories.
- • Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
