5 Vintage Cameo Lot Shell Scenic Brooch Locket Stick Pin Glass Plastic Estate For Sale

Interesting mixed lot of 5 vintage cameo and cameo-style jewelry pieces in a variety of materials and settings.Included are:• Large oval scenic cameo depicting a detailed village/country scene with buildings, trees, figures and a cart. This appears to be the one piece in the group most likely to be a genuinely carved shell cameo. It has some cracking and damage, clearly shown in the close-up photos, but the carving remains beautiful and highly detailed. The reverse retains an old black-and-white photograph of a gentleman.• Round cameo pendant with an ivory-colored female profile on a black background, surrounded by faceted paste/rhinestone-style stones in an aged metal setting. The cameo itself appears to be molded plastic or similar material.• Gold-tone stick pin topped with a black and pale cameo. This piece has a glassy appearance and is believed to be glass rather than carved shell.• Small loose oval cameo with an ivory-colored female profile on a black background. This appears to be plastic and is not currently mounted as jewelry.• Small square gold-tone locket with floral decoration and an ivory-colored female cameo on a black background. The locket opens as shown. Cameo appears to be molded rather than carved shell.These pieces are unsigned as far as I can determine and the metals have not been professionally tested, so I am describing them conservatively.Please note that the large scenic cameo is cracked/broken and is being sold as found. The remaining pieces show normal vintage wear, patina, surface marks and age-related discoloration.
