The Main Mulcher Unit weighs approximately 1,100 lbs and ships via commercial LTL Freight. Please ensure your delivery location is accessible to a freight truck and that you have a forklift or skid steer on-site to unload the freight crate.
The Bonus Parts (Spare Belt & Extra Teeth) will ship separately via a standard parcel carrier. You will receive multiple tracking numbers for your order.
Compatibility Notice: Buyers are responsible for confirming hydraulic-flow requirements, lifting capacity, mounting compatibility, hydraulic connections, and carrier specifications before purchasing.

·Rato engines have a 90-day warranty – The customer must reach out to our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped.
·Briggs & Stratton engines have a 6-month warranty. The customer should contact our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped.
·Kawasaki engines have a 1-year warranty. The customer should contact our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped
Engine Warranty Exclusions:
- Abuse or Neglect: Failures due to improper use, abuse, or neglect are not covered.
- Improper Maintenance: Issues from insufficient, contaminated, or incorrect oil, improper air cleaner maintenance, or overheating from debris are excluded.
- Non-Original Parts: Using parts that are not original Briggs & Stratton / Kawasaki parts will void the warranty.
- Incorrect Fuel: Damage from ethanol-blended fuels exceeding 10% (like E15 or E85) is not covered, especially for engines not designed to use them.
