AcidTactical® 31” Paracordjig - Revision 2018
Our 31” paracord jig can be used to produce a huge varietyof paracord items. The towers weredesigned to hold different sized clasps, hooks, snaps, & more. The jig itself is made of aircraft grade aluminumwith a powder coated finish. There is atape ruler attached to both sections and foam pad on each end. You can use a single section to make items upto 15”. With both tracks connected youcan make items up to 31”
The 31” jig is mainly comprised of two 16” tracks and twoadjustable towers. The tracks slide intoeach other and are secured using a bolt and wing nut. The towers slide into the tracks on each endonce the two tracks are secured together.
The towers can be tightened down to the track
depending on your needs. Thevery top of the towers were designed for clasps from small 1” to over 2”.
The hole cutouts can be used for hooks and snaps. There’s also ahorizontal threaded rod that can be used for a variety of paracordhardware.
The jig can be secured to a flatclean surface using the supplied suction cups and wing nuts. We also include two screws if you desire tosecure it permanently to a work bench.
Be mindful that you may need to slide both towers to acquirethe correct length for your project.This will mean you may not always start at the 1” line. Be sure to measure with your own measuringtape or ruler.
You may also need to secure the towers at your requiredlength before securing to the suction cups.Once the suction cups are secured you will not be able to slide thetowers past the wing nuts securing the suction cups.
We have been making and selling jigs for 5 years. Over the years we have made manyrevisions. With our 2018 revisions wehave designed a whole new jig. We hopethat it can make paracording in bulk faster and more productive.
