Each board ranges from 3/4\" to 3 inches wide (mostly 2\"), and are about 3/4\" thick
Most smooth, some not. May be a knot here and there...or a small blemish
We make lots of cutting boards, and these rejects, due to unconsistant color, a small blemish, a chip, or something similar. Tho these boards are not perfect, there is lots of good wood here
