Your truck MUST be equipped with the cargo bins, fold out cubbies on the rear portion part of the seat. Example last picture. storage compartment doors. 

 For those interested in going with a taller sub box, example for forward front firing 10-inch subs. up to 12 inch now. or bigger 8-inch subwoofers. This is the solution to achieving the needed airspace space for a taller sub box  

 The kit raises the rear 2 part seat, 2 inches to increase the usable area under the seat, for sound systems or if just wanting more additional storage area. Our locally made kit here in Dallas TX. 

Black painted formed steel brackets, all nuts, bolts and additional hardware that are needed for the installationis included.

Typical installation time is less than an hour and a half using a few tools, like sockets, ratchet and wrenches.
