2011 Indianapolis 500 T-shirt commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the race.
The May 29, 2011 Indianapolis 500 marked 100 years since the inaugural race in 1911. Although celebrated as the 100th Anniversary, the 2011 event was technically the 95th running of the Indianapolis 500.
The front features a large Indianapolis 500 graphic combining early racing history with modern IndyCar imagery. The artwork includes a vintage race car, modern Indy cars, a checkered flag, Indianapolis Motor Speedway imagery, \"The Greatest Spectacle in Racing,\" the May 29, 2011 event date, and the Indianapolis 500 100th Anniversary logo.
The back features the complete 2011 starting field of 33 drivers with qualifying speeds, along with pole winner Alex Tagliani at 227.472 MPH.
Drivers represented include Dan Wheldon, Scott Dixon, Dario Franchitti, Will Power, Helio Castroneves, Tony Kanaan, Danica Patrick, Takuma Sato, Marco Andretti, Graham Rahal, JR Hildebrand, Simona de Silvestro and the rest of the 2011 field.
Dan Wheldon went on to win the 2011 Indianapolis 500 for his second Indy victory.
