Cissy is captivating in her late summer/early fall confection of a dress while enjoying the sights of Venice! This cheerful ensemble includes the straw hat, dress, matching sweater, seamed stockings, gold & cork platform sandals, white petticoat and matching white panties. Also arriving with her outfit are her lucite purse I created to match the dress, her ruby ring, and a pair of sunny yellow earrings. The dress and sweater set was beautifully sewn by “donnascreations4U” on - one of my favorite Cissy seamstresses. It is the classic drop-waist style seen on many 1950s Alexander dresses. It features a generous fabric sash which ties is such a pretty bow at the back and closes with buttons down the entire back as well.
