You are purchasing 20 Yellow Neocaridina shrimp plus 3 additional shrimp from established home aquarium colonies.

Your group may include juveniles and young adults. Healthy, active shrimp are selected for shipment. Size and yellow coloration naturally vary by age, sex, lighting, background, and shipping stress.

The extra 3 shrimp are included to provide additional protection against normal live-shipping stress.

Neocaridina are beginner friendly, but they require a fully cycled aquarium with stable water conditions. Stability is more important than matching an exact parameter.

Float the sealed bag to equalize temperature, then drip acclimate for approximately 1–2 hours before adding the shrimp to the aquarium.

Live shrimp normally ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Weather, holidays, or carrier schedules may require a short delay for animal safety.

Shipping on another day may be requested, but the buyer agrees to waive the Live Arrival/DOA Guarantee for shipments sent outside the normal Monday/Tuesday schedule.

Please arrange prompt receipt. Do not leave live shrimp outdoors, in a mailbox, or exposed to excessive heat, cold, or direct sunlight.

The guarantee applies to eligible shipments delivered on the carrier\'s first delivery attempt. Report any DOA shrimp within 2 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time with clear photos showing the affected shrimp inside the original unopened shipping bag.

The guarantee ends once the bag is opened. Losses during acclimation or after introduction to the buyer\'s aquarium cannot be covered because aquarium conditions are outside the seller\'s control. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by policy.
