Shipping ScheduleTo ensure the survivability, we only ship orders from Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship livestock from Thursday through Sunday due to sitting too long over the weekend. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. No shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 48 Mainland states only.
Shrimp Care and AcclimationThese freshwater shrimp are peaceful, excellent algae eaters, and ideal for both beginners and experienced aquarists. They are active throughout the day and night and require minimal upkeep.
- Tank Preparation: Ensure your tank water is fully stabilized (1-2 months minimum) before introducing the shrimp.-MUST drip acclimate your new shrimp. Research theproper way to do this or it will kill them quickly.- Arrival: Shrimp may appear discolored upon arrival due to shipping stress. They will Restore theircolor in a few hours.- Sensitivity: Shrimp are highly sensitive to copper and certain fish medications. Please research any treatments thoroughly before use, as incorrect medications can be fatal to the colony.- Decorations: Wash all new plants and decorations before adding them to your tank.- Feeding: Shrimp enjoy a varied diet of shrimp pellets, algae wafers, and blanched vegetables (such as zucchini or carrots). We recommend feeding every other day and removing any uneaten food after 2–3 hours to prevent ammonia and nitrite buildup.-
Live Arrival GuaranteeWe take great care in packaging our healthy livestock; however, we offer a full item replacement or refund if your shrimp arrive dead on arrival (DOA). To qualify for this guarantee, please adhere to the following:
- Reporting: You must contact us via within one hour of the recorded delivery time.- Documentation: Provide a few clear photos of the deceased shrimp inside the original, unopened shipping bag within that same hour. Do not discard the livestock until your replacement is processed.- Exceptions: The guarantee is void if the package is left unattended for 3–4 hours after delivery, or if the shrimp are removed from the original bag before photos are taken. We are not liable for losses due to poor water quality, or tank mate aggression.
·These come from a healthy thriving tank. Please do research and set up a cycled aquarium before purchasing. This is vital for survival. Do not add these to a new aqurium that has only been running for 1-3 weeks. .

·CULL shrimp are Nepcridina shrimp that are not as colored or as bright as high quality colored one. Although you may get a few in the package with yours.
