Pouring & Usage Tips
This product is a fast-curing 1:1 epoxy resin.
For best results:
If a deeper casting is required, pour in multiple layers.
Allow the first layer to partially cure before applying the next.
Surface set time: about 1 hour at room temperature
Full cure time:
Summer: 8–12 hours
Winter: 12–24 hours
Final hardness: D70–80
Simple Operation Steps
Measure Resin A and Hardener B at a 1:1 ratio by volume
(Part A may be 2–5% more than Part B for slightly higher hardness)
Pour both components into a mixing cup.
Stir thoroughly for 2–3 minutes until fully blended.
Add pigments, glitter, or dyes if desired and mix again.
Let the mixture sit for 30–60 seconds to release bubbles.
Slowly pour the mixed resin into the mold or onto the surface.
Add decorative elements if needed and allow to cure.
Storage & Safety
Store in a cool, dry, temperature-controlled environment.
Always keep containers tightly sealed when not in use to prevent moisture or oxidation from affecting the resin.
