THE PAINT ON THE TANK IS BAD-NO DENTS! IT HAD WELL OVER A GALLON OF FUEL IN IT AND DID NOT LEAK. THERE IS THE SLIGHTEST ORANGE COLOR ON THE VERY BOTTOM. THIS TANK CAN BE USED AS-IS...THERE IS NO ISSUE WITH RUST.
