1977 BMW R100/7 Airhead bench seat with chrome grab rail.
Removed from a low-mileage motorcycle with approximately 30,000 miles that was always garage stored. This seat is very usable I just swapped it for a new one from the factory for a restoration I'm working on.
Includes the exact seat assembly pictured, with black ribbed upholstery, rear BMW logo, metal seat pan and attached hardware shown in the photos.
CONDITION — FOR PARTS OR RESTORATIONTop of seat in great condition and foam inside is as expected. Comfortable as these are known to be. The sides of the cover has tears on both sides. The underside pan and mounting hardware have corrosion and flaking finish. The chrome rail and rear logo show age-related wear. Overall structurally sound and doesn't impact usability. Nothing loose tapping corroded areas with screwdriver is solid. Ride as is or restore.
