This 1977–1982 Corvette center console trim panel mounting kit provides the correct fasteners required to properly secure the console side trim panels to the console structure. Missing or incorrect hardware often leads to loose panels, misalignment, and interior rattles.
The kit includes the correct nylon slotted inserts and Phillips head screws with swivel washers, allowing the trim panels to mount flush and remain secure. Panel construction varies by year—vinyl on press board for 1977 and carpet on press board for 1978–1982—but this hardware is correct for all applications.
TECH TIP: Use a pick to mount this panel. Hold the panel up tight to the mounting area and find the mounting slotted nylon insert with the pick. Enlarge the hole with the pick and mark with a colored marker. Remove the pick, find the hole with a Phillips screw and mount.
