FROM PSAMin Size Req means it just doesn\'t measure up (usually a factory miscut) but they do not suspect trimming. Minimum size requirement is not too uncommon for OPC issues. It just means they were cut too small - probably originally at the factory. PSA won\'t put a grade on them though.
