The document was signed on December 31, 1956, but there are also dates from January 1957. The last date I see is March 22, 1957.
Included in this application is the \"Employment Agreement Relating to Inventions and Confidential Information\" section.
Each page has three holes punched out. There is wear and tearing around some the holes.
Documents have discoloration, edge tearing, marks and creasing from age and storage.
