These decals are NOT screened on, the HIGH-RES logos are printed onto glossy sticky back inkjet paper and DIECUT for the perfect edge and then the backing is peeled off and the PERFECT LOGO is put onto the mini / ice cream helmet. I have noticed some ice cream helmets in the stadiums are now using decals on their ice cream helmets, so maybe this is the trend of the future?
