It is a true \'Numeral Note,\' displaying the large black number \'4\'seal on the left side instead of a letter seal, which is unique to the early small-size series.Features Benjamin Franklin on the front and a crisp green Treasury seal.
Reverse:Features the classic vignette of Independence Hall in Philadelphia.
