DESCRIPTION: Buyer will receive the EXACT Chinese Blue and White Octagonal tea bowl and saucer set with molded Ozier basket-weave border shown in the photographs. Nothing else included or implied.
Excellent quality export porcelain, later Qianlong (1736-1795) or Jiaqing (1796-1820) period. Very hard to find!
SIZE: Cup 2” (51mm) tall x 3-1/8” (79mm) wide measured across the flat sections
Saucer 1.25” (32mm) tall x 4-7/8” (124mm) wide measured across the flat sections
CONDITION REPORT: Used. Excellent condition for its age, no chips, no cracks, no repairs, no glaze crazing, no excessive use-wear. The gold gilt trim has rubbing loses but not terribly so. This set has no significant damages, but it will show some manner of light use-wear consistent with age and prior service.
