Original Victorian scrapbook, measuring approx. 8.5" x 11", with ornate peacock-and-floral gilt cover. Condition shows splitting at the spine and some detached but present pages. The inside front identifies the owner as Lucy B. Hudson, who is also documented in the 1923 Lawrence, Massachusetts City Directory as a dressmaker living at 25 Salem Street, Lawrence, MA. This firm provenance ties the scrapbook directly to the Lawrence community and its local businesses.
