This is The Holy Bible published in 1867 by the American Bible Society. Leather binding, 7\" x 4.5\". There are entries in the Family Records section dated to about 1843-1899 mostly on the Wilkinson family.
There are 2+ leaves with handwritten family birth / death records, starting with a J. R. Wilkinson born in 1843. Other Wilkinson names are SE Reddick, May, Rayda Lee, Frank Bond, John Robert, Annie Louise, Hugh Robbins. There is a Beech (surname) and other names. There is a sad handwritten entry on a death <<Oh! Bible is in somewhat rough condition. Leather covers are worn. Title page and first (Genesis) pages are worn with tears and many edge parts missing. Title page of New Testament is missing a corner. Most pages have tan marks or stains. Last page of index is up to James only so there are a few pages missing at the end. There\'s writing on inside front and back covers and the Family Records section. Binding is weak or starting to split in several places. Some pages are weakly attached.
