In clean but clearly used condition. Half leather with marbled boards, showing signs of age and use. Bumping and rubs to corners, wear to spine, splits to guttering top and bottom (see first four images). Front and rear hingeare holding but there is wear down the hinges and some separation to the front(fifth and last images).Generally, clean, bright and fairly tightly bound internally but there are signs of wear, some relaxation and scattered occasional age spots mostly evident in the first few pages with the odd heavily foxed pages, worst example I could find is shown. The book has just emerged from a lengthy period in clean dry storage.Please be aware this is an antique item, it is fast approaching 200 years old, and it will show considerable signs of age and use throughout.
