Due to policies, all of our listings show one day shipping. However, this is incorrect.
All purchases will automatically be shipped via UPS Next Day Mail.
UPS Next Day Mail takes 1-2 days for delivery in most cases.
We do offer expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx, which can bepurchased with our Priority Mail Express Upgrade listing.
Priority Mail Express is a guaranteed 1 day service to most of the US but somelocations are 2 days.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays on the carrier\'s end.
Orders are shipped Monday - Tuesday most weeks.
For holiday weeks, we only ship on Monday.
Orders are shipped out in the order they were received.
If your order is placed after Sunday, there is the possibility of shipment the following shipping week.
We may opt to delay shipping in cases of extreme weather conditions or severe expected delays.
We offer combined shipping on orders.

For 2 Cauliflower Sabertails, please pay shipping for one fish ($55) and chooselocal pickup for the second.
For 3-6 Cauliflower Sabertails, please select the appropriate combined shippingoption above and choose local pickup for any additional fish as needed.
A refund will be processed for any approved shipping overpayment by the morningof the shipment date.
We pack all of our shipments in an insulated box with appropriate packingmaterials. A Heat Pack can be requested for a small additional fee when needed.
We try our best to make sure that ourCauliflower Sabertails arrive safe and healthy.
If a Cauliflower Sabertail looks sick or shows signs of excessive stress beforeshipment, we will reach out and let you know about available alternatives(different fish / refund).
Cauliflower Sabertails may arrive slightly pale or less vibrant in color dueto transportation stress. This is completely normal.
Their normal coloration should return once they have settled into their newaquarium.
Most Cauliflower Sabertails recover quickly under proper water conditions,although every fish acclimates at a different rate.
DOA Policy
We guarantee live arrival of all of ourCauliflower Sabertails.
We do not accept returns due to the inherent dangers of a live fish beingsubject to the stress of shipment for an extended period of time.
In the unlikely scenario of a DOA (dead on arrival), please take pictures ofthe Cauliflower Sabertail still inside the original shipping bagfrom multiple angles and send us a message.
The message must be sent to us within 2 hours of the carrier\'smarked delivery time.
If the message is received after this point in time, we will be unable toprocess a refund or replacement.
We will be in touch within 48 hours with what we can offer(replacement/refund).
Our 2 hour limit is in place to ensure that the shipment is not left outsidefor an extended period of time upon delivery, so please be sure to be availablefor the delivery.
