Description

This is a natural Hashupi White Quartz specimen from Pakistan, featuring a sculptural single-point formation with a sidecar intergrowth and a naturally intact base.

The main crystal shows a soft icy-white body with one smoother display face that allows the inner landscape to be seen under light. Inside the crystal, there are misty white zones, subtle grey internal scenery, and cloud-like inclusions that give the piece a quiet Himalayan mineral character.

One side displays a more frosted natural skin, with white recrystallized quartz coating, snowflake-like mineral speckles, and natural high-altitude surface texture. The contrast between the smooth window-like face and the frosted etched side makes this specimen visually interesting from multiple angles.

Near the top, the crystal shows natural Nirvana-style etching with softened surface texture, small dissolution marks, and a naturally weathered termination area. Along the side faces, there are visible circuit-board-like etching patterns, horizontal growth lines, and mountain-like fault textures formed through natural growth and later surface alteration.

The sidecar crystal and attached companion growth give the piece a strong sculptural shape, almost like a main ice tower rising from a raw mineral base. The base appears natural and intact, with no flat-cut display bottom, preserving the original raw formation character.

This piece comes from my personal collection, carefully kept as a natural mineral display specimen.

Please note that Hashupi and Himalayan quartz specimens are often valued for their natural growth structures, etched textures, frosted surfaces, recrystallized areas, and unique formation history rather than perfect glass-like clarity. Natural surface marks, mineral coating, dissolution pits, internal veils, and growth lines are part of the specimen’s original geological character.
