Local Pick Up:

We do offer local pick up at our facility. Our local pick-up hours are Monday-Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Friday 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We do charge a cash fee upon arrival.

Freight Truck Services:

Ships via Truck \"Motor Freight\" prepaid to a CONUS commercial destination with a dock or forklift to unload. Rural businesses, residential lift-gate delivery, or lift-gate service is a minimum of 135.00+ extra additional. Please ask first. We will not ship without verification first.

Returns

Customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization). The item must be in original condition with all seals intact.
