You will need to remove your original magnets..!
I drill a micro hole on topside of the traction magnets and then push them out, sometimes the motor magnets take a little bit of force to get them out and other times they are falling out.
I LIKE USING JUST A TINY TINY DAB OF RUBBER CEMENT TYPE ADHESIVE.
$1 store Fix All Adhesive, Shoo Goo, rubber cement type.
You can always peel it off and redo it over and over if need be.
TIPS:
1. Before gluing, confirm armature rotation.
2. Raise motor magnets to avoid too much downforce.
3. Run cars 10 mins or less if using stock controllers and power supplies.
4. Always good to upgrade to adjustable power supply 2amp to 3amp or better.
5. Always good to upgrade to good aftermarket controllers.
