One of the rarest of all The Beatles albums in the United States. In 1964, when VJ was getting close to losing the rights to release the first Beatles album, they simply repackaged "Introducing The Beatles" with "Golden Hits of The Four Seasons and called it "The Beatles vs The Four Seasons", not even bothering to make new record labels. It was issued in August of 1964, where it was not a big seller because most people already had the songs on both albums, it only sold about 18,000 copies making it rare today in any condition.
