- Select the orders tab and locate the item you want to return
- Once you located the item, on the right side you should have an option highlighted in blue \"Return this item\"
- Select \"Changed my Mind\" and your return will be auto approved with a prepaid shipping label.
We auto approve ALL return requests that select \"Changed my Mind\"Selecting a different return reason may lead to your return not being auto approved and held up for return approval.
